How to store the remaining liver microsomes, reagent A and reagent B in the kit? why?

When using the kit for the first time, make aliquots of the liver microsomes, reagent A and reagents and store them in a refrigerator at -70℃. The liver microsomes are composed of enzymes including CYP450 enzymes. The reagents A and B contain enzyme cofactors that are crucial for enzyme activity. Repeated freezing and thawing and improper storage condition will affect enzyme activity and thus the test results.
